Upcoming Homeschool Fair August 2018

Northern Colorado Homeschool Association (NCHA) http://www.ncha.info is hosting a homeschooling fair and has invited the Homeschool Gavel Club to have a table!

The following are details for the upcoming fair:
Date: Thursday, August 23, 2018
Time: 5:30-7:30
Location: Old Town Library (201 Peterson Street, Community Room)
Cost: Free

There will be a dozen local organizations that offer homeschool-only classes/programs. NCHA is also giving special library tours for new homeschooling families during the event.

Invitation to Game Night

Hi!  The Gavel Club Membership Drive Committee would like to invite all homeschooling tweens & teens to a game night.

We’ll bring the games and some light snacks.  We’ll have some traditional games like cards, Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, and Clue as well as some of the newer strategic family games like Ticket to Ride and Settlers of Catan, or some lesser known games you may never have seen before, like Seven Wonders or Axis & Allies or the Resistance.

Come join us.  We’ll be there from 6 pm until the Library closes at 9 pm in the Community Room.  For more information, contact us.  Hope to see you there!
